Below we have outlined our returns policy for orders made on this website.

When is an order final?

Once an order has been paid for the transaction is then considered complete. Refunds can no longer be offered from this point onwards unless the product(s) you ordered are faulty so please choose carefully.

Postal damage

We make every effort to ensure your order is wrapped appropriately for postage. If however your order is damaged during delivery you can file a claim with Australia Post (forms available at any post office) who have a robust process for dealing with this unlikely occurance. We don't take responsibility for orders damaged in transit.

How do I return a product?

Products will only be accepted by us as returned with prior approval. Please don't send any products back to us without first contacting us explaining the situation.
